Tournament Registration
How to sign up for our tournament
Please complete the online entry form below. You will be then be forwarded to Paypal following submission of the form to pay the registration fee; please include the name(s) of which team(s) you are registering. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that you have been registered after submitting the form.
Registration Fee: 10U through 16U – $575
All age groups are full at this time; please reach out if you’d like to be added to the waitlist.

2026 Kick-Off Classic Tournament Details
When: June 5th-7th, 2026 (10U, 12U, 14U, 16U). Games start at 4pm on Friday.
Where: Memorial Park, Appleton
Cost: $575
Minimum Games: 4 (weather permitting) for 10U thru 16U. 9/1/25 age cutoff.
At our tournament, you’ll also enjoy some of the best concessions around including the famous monkey tails. No carry-ins, please!
Withdrawal policy: If your team registers for the Kick-Off Classic and decides to withdraw, we will refund your registration fee as follows:
– 30 or more days prior to the start of the tournament — Full refund minus $50
– Less than 30 days prior to the start of the tournament — No refund
