All Player Registration is to be completed On-line:
1 copies of the players birth certificate
Signed copy of the Parent Code of Conduct
Signed copy of Player Code of Conduct
Completed Concussion Form
Payment to be done On-line ( 10U team - $175 or $150 depending upon if helmet is needed, all other teams $200 or $175 if helmet is needed)
Rockers Apparel will be available
Rocker Equipment will be available
Pitching & Catching Open Gym - For 2014 season
Dates: Starting December 4 thru end of Febraury.
Location: Madison Jr High - small gym
Time: Sunday nights
6-7 PM Beginners
